AMS SUPPORT PACKAGES

As technology continues to evolve and bring added value to your operation, we at Jamestown Implement are also evolving and working hard to bring added value to you as our customer. We are offering two levels of support, allowing you to choose the option to best fit your operation’s needs. Both levels will cover one year of service beginning January 1st through December 31st, renewable each year.
 

Platinum Package $2,250

     5 On-farm Visits
     2 Optimization Visits
     Access to 2 AMS classes put on by the dealership
     12 hours of Phone Support

Silver Package $1,010

     1 On-farm Visits
     1 Optimization Visit
     Access to 2 AMS classes put on by the dealership
     6 hours of Phone Support

 

On-Farm Visit: a visit to the customer’s operation, specifically for AMS-related issues. This includes activities such as semi-annual software updates, documentation setup, Pro-module setup (Section Control, Surface Water Pro, etc.), and Apex assistance.

Each visit is limited to two hours, beginning upon arrival in customer’s yard and ending when leaving the yard, but the customer may use more than one visit on the same day.

Individual assisting the customer could be an Integrated Solutions Consultant or a Specialized Technician.

This is not for equipment/implement setup or an emergency repair.

Optimization Visit: a visit to analyze and discuss historical and current machine usage and farming operations, and determine opportunities for improving efficiency and overall productivity for the customer’s operation.

These visits must be scheduled with an Integrated Solutions Consultant one week in advance, and during non-peak seasons.

Individual assisting the customer would be an IS Consultant.

Phone Support: a dealer contact line supported by Integrated Solutions Consultants, Service Support staff, and Specialized Technicians to troubleshoot and assist customers with all AMS products, Machine Technology Settings, and JDLink, with the help of Service Advisor Remote, and Remote Display Access. Billable time is based on quarter hours.
 


If your operation requires additional support beyond the Platinum and Silver package, there are additional packages available to purchase. Listed below are the additional packages.

2 Hours of Phone Support $200

12 Hours of Phone Support $1,200

Customized Training $500

     2 on-farm training sessions, tailored for individual operations and employees. Each session is limited to two hours;
     totaling four hours.

     These training sessions must be scheduled during non-peak season and one week in advance.
     All customer equipment being used for training purposes needs to be ready prior to the session.

Apex Training $300

     1 two-hour on-farm training session, specifically for Apex software, including importing data from, and exporting to,
     GreenStar displays.

     These sessions need to be scheduled one week in advance, during non-peak seasons only.

JDLink Data Optimization $750

     Monthly summary reports of JDLink Ultimate machine data and one annual review of machine optimization.

AMS Class Package $125

     4 AMS product training classes, held at the dealership or nearby venue

Remote Diagnostics & Programming $700

     6 remote connections for diagnostic trouble code retrieving, clearing, and control unit programming. Unit must
     be equipped with JDLink Ultimate.
